I'm looking for a group of 3 to move into a 4 bedroom house with me (I'm a clean and quiet PhD student) for the next academic year (2020/21), it will be a 12-month shared tenancy agreement contract starting July 17th 2020.
The rent is £340pcm per person, internet, cleaner and gardener included (Gas, water and electricity not inc). If you are all students then we are exempt from council tax. The house is a 15 minute walk from the University. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom available, must be a group of 3.
