Registration is open 90 minutes before the ceremony.
Registration will close 30 minutes before the ceremony start time, however we recommend you arrive as early as possible to ensure you don’t miss the briefing.
You need to register on arrival, please bring a photo ID with you. At registration you will be given a red card with your name and award details. The red card will be read out whilst you are receiving your award on stage. Please keep this with you at all times.

Once registered, please make your way to the gowning room upstairs in Windsor 102/103.
Please have your booking details and red card to hand. The gowning assistants will need these to find your gown.
Please ask your guests to wait outside while you collect your gown.
If you arrive in good time you might want to have your photographs taken after collecting your gown to avoid queus after the ceremony.

Guards will announce the opening of the venues 40 minutes before the ceremony is due to take place with a fanfare.

Please make your way to the assembly room no later than 40 minutes before the ceremony. This is where you will be put in the correct order for the presentation.
Staff will run through what to expect during the ceremony.

All guests make their way to the ceremony.
Venue doors will open 40 minutes before the ceremony is due to begin.
Please can we ask that all guests are sat in the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to avoid disruption and ensure the ceremony starts on time.
