Maintain your wellbeing

Self help options, advice and more

Looking after your wellbeing is integral to your success as a student. We recognise that wellbeing is dependent on a range of issues and includes being aware of your emotional wellbeing, physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing, academic wellbeing, community wellbeing, financial wellbeing and social wellbeing.

Our aim is to promote wellbeing and equip you with the resources and support you need  to look after your welfare.  This page has advice for the most common student issues but please contact us if you would like to discuss support in more depth.

We also recommend the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust webpage for Wheel of Wellbeing as a useful resource and good starting point  This resource provides advice about how to WOW yourself - allowing your health and happiness to be boosted by completing positive actions on a day-to-day basis.
