This month we're welcoming 50 recent graduates back to campus as they begin month-long internships with lots of different departments across College. These Graduate Career Development Internships are enabling our recent graduates to put their degree skills into practice and get professional work experience.

For many of you, graduation is on the horizon and the next few months are important in many ways to ensure you continue to succeed in life beyond our campus. As you prepare for the future, you will be faced with decisions on what to do next. Completing job applications and attending interviews can be challenging, especially as you're busy with coursework and deadlines, so I encourage you to take advantage of our Careers & Employability Service, they’re based in the Davison Building, who will be able to help you.

On Wednesday, over 370 of you visited the Part-time Jobs Fair and your feedback was very positive. A part-time job is a great way to support your studies and will make you stand out to future employers, so following up with roles that interested you is a great start. In addition to this, the Careers team list up to 2,000 jobs on their webpage. Make sure to check it regularly and see if there's a job which can boost your employability skills and help you stand out.
