A broken lightbulb? A faulty door handle? The piano needs tuning? Our facilities need love and care to ensure they work for you, so please let us know if you spot a fault.
Please complete this short form where you will be asked to provide us with the following information:
- Music practice room number, the building, and which floor it is on (E.g. "Woodlands Building Room 9, first floor")
- Description of maintenance request (e.g. light fitting, fixtures, etc.)
- Date and time you spotted the fault/concern

What happens next?
These matters will be logged accordingly with the Maintenance Team. If applicable, we will be in touch when the work is completed.
Please note that under no circumstances must a student or an unauthorised member of staff contact the Maintenance Team.
