With changes to term two teaching, students who did not previously apply for rent removal in January were able to apply for rent removal in February. Students had until 28 February 2021 to complete and submit the later rent removal request form - as this date has now past, the form is no longer available.

Students completing rent removal form in February were ased to indicate the date you would be vacating your room in halls - this date was then used to to work out the rent removal period that applies as follows:

If you are vacating your room 

• by 7 February 2021 (or missed completing the rent removal form in January), the rent removal period will be 07/02/2021 to 31/03/2021
• between 8 and 14 February 2021, the rent removal period will be 14/02/2021 to 31/03/2021
• between 15 and 21 February 2021, the rent removal period will be 21/02/2021 to 31/03/2021
• between 22 and 28 February 2021, the rent removal period will be 28/02/2021 to 31/03/2021
• from 1 March 2021, rent removal is no longer an option.

Students who applied for lockdown rent removal in January were not required to complete the February form - the end date for the period of rent removal for this groups was extended from 22 February to 31 March 2021.
