This week, we've been meeting and getting to know our student media teams.
And today it's the turn of our student radio station Insanity. This station is run, operated and presented by Royal Holloway students all from a media suite in the Students' Union.
One of the station's presenters, Sian Williams, had this to say about her experience at Insanity: " I’ve only been a part of Insanity for six weeks now, but it feels like I’ve been here forever!
"Everyone is so nice and helps you so much if you have a problem. You pick up skills you never thought you’d ever develop, and its some of the best fun I’ve had whilst being at uni! What a community to be involved in!"

In total, we have four core student media outlets, ranging from radio and TV to journalism.
You can write for the Students' Union magazine The Orbital, get involved with our independent student newspaper The Founder, present a show on Insanity Radio, or help run our broadcasting and recording brand rhurbarbTV.
